Xie Xiaohui, Secretary General of Vanke Foundation, has served as the Business Assistant to the Chairman of Vanke Group since 2012. From 2014 to 2017, she oversaw the Group's social responsibility and public affairs business comprehensively. Since 2017, Xie has held the position of Deputy Secretary General of Vanke Foundation, where she is responsible for planning and implementing corporate strategies, managing the organization's brand and human resources, and overseeing projects such as the "Zero Waste in the Palace Museum" and the "Snow Leopard Conservation Strategy". With her extensive experience in corporate foundations, Xie is passionate about public welfare and is dedicated to advancing sustainable communities, biodiversity, and the response of Chinese enterprises to climate change.
